Orders and Shipping
When will my order ship?+
Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. We email you a tracking number as soon as it is on the way.
How much is shipping?+
Shipping is free on orders over $75 in the continental US. Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate.
Can I change or cancel my order?+
Orders go to fulfillment fast, so email info@salnaturals.com right away and we will do our best to help.
Pink Salt, Bath Salt and Licks
Is your salt bleached or treated?+
No. Our pink salt is mined, crushed and sorted. We do not bleach it or add anti-caking agents or other additives.
How do your salt licks work?+
A salt lick gives animals free-choice access to salt: they lick what they want, when they want. Hang a rock lick in a stall or set a block in a dry, sheltered spot, and always keep fresh water available. For animal use only. Ask your vet about your animals' needs.
Why is Himalayan salt pink?+
Iron. Small amounts of naturally occurring iron oxide give the crystals their pink color, along with traces of magnesium, calcium and potassium.
Where does your pink salt come from?+
From the Khewra Salt Mine in Pakistan, one of the oldest and largest salt mines in the world. We crush, sort and pack it at our plant in Karachi.
Fine or coarse: which should I buy?+
Fine dissolves quickly, so use it for everyday cooking, baking and shakers. Coarse is for grinders, brines and finishing a dish with a crunch.
Shilajit
How should I store Shilajit?+
Keep shots, gummies and resin in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. No refrigeration needed.
Where does your Shilajit come from?+
Our Shilajit is gathered from high-altitude Himalayan rock and purified before it becomes shots, gummies and resin.
How much Shilajit should I take?+
Follow the serving size on the label. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a health condition, talk to your doctor first.
